We have just returned from the Mangabe forest where we spent three days in the local primary school, working with teachers, to increase the childrens' awareness about the local environment.
Special attention was given to frogs, and the children learned about frog life-cycles, the different habitats they use and about the golden mantella frog. Each pupil also produced a colorued frog picture and these are currently being judged for a prize giving ceremony in June.
