On 14TH January 2023, Madagasikara Voakajy in collaboration with the local communities, The Vondron’Olona Ifotony, and the Chester Zoo
team, partner of MV, organised a reforestation activity in Ampangalandity, situated at the Mangabe Ranomena Sahasarotra Protected Area-Moramanga District.
3150 seedlings were planted for 2 Ha area and led by Madagasikara Voakajy team, the Tangalamena and the Chief of Mangabe Village. These seedlings are trees consumed by lemurs and species native to Madagascar. During this one, the techniques of seedlings plantation were shared to have a good result and for the plantation follow up.
