Youth initiative is a new approach adopted by Madagasikara Voakajy to achieve conservation goals and livelihoods improvement. The project aims to support teenagers of 14-30 years to save rainforest and wildlife through sustainable farming.  After official launch of the project in Lakato Commune, Madagasikara Voakajy with the collaboration of the Ministry of agriculture gave a training on improved agriculture in the Mahafiaina Fokontany, Lakato Commune. Local communities are so interested in the project and have demonstrated their willingness to participate on. The session is ended by a friendly match.
