Recently, a workshop was organized in the Alaotra Mangoro region, covering our intervention areas, particularly in the districts of Moramanga and Ambatondrazaka.
This workshop, led by the Technical Director of Madagasikara Voakajy, brought together all team members in the region for a week of intensive work in Moramanga, followed by a similar week in Ambatondrazaka.
The main objectives were to align the team's actions with MV’s new organizational structure, as well as to review internal procedures and ethical guidelines. These reminders are essential to ensure that every team member works effectively and responsibly while upholding the organization's core values. The workshop also helped to strengthen team cohesion, preparing them to meet this year’s goals.
In conclusion, these efforts reinforce our commitment to Madagasikara Voakajy’s vision: local communities living in harmony with nature. Thanks to these training sessions, we are ready to face this year’s challenges to protect biodiversity while working closely with local communities.
